[Personal] Plague Character Concept

Ulario

I saw this character in a dream last night... or maybe it was a nightmare. I was talking about him in my stream, and those present wanted to see me draw him. So I obliged.

In my dream, he was only referred to as "Plague". Before the war, he was a bio-chemist.
Now under Cylor's employ, his specialty is "designer diseases". He can mutate diseases to only target an individual or group of people. These diseases have effects can range from irrational fear (like the Scarecrow), a quick death, or a slow and agonizing death that is incurable even by the Azure Wheel standards of medical technology. He doesn't have weapons. He doesn't need them. Still he causes fear in those that know him.

He's the first of my characters to actually wear a true "costume". But in his case it makes sense since he hides his identity. The only one who knows his true face is Cylor.
In my dream, he wore all black, but I figured he could use a splash of color.

When out of costume, Plague frequents Cylor's casino, the Ankh. Workers and patrons at the Ankh regard him as being a frequent client and have no idea who he really is.

In my dream, he looked like Death (from the supernatural TV show) under the mask... which makes him even creepier.
I'm pretty fond with this character and am pretty surprised that he came about as the result of a dream.

This scene of Death pretty much describes how I see Plague: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MluEnfIeQ9E

He will have a proper character sheet eventually.

Plague may be dressed similar to a medieval plague doctor, but he's from a sci fi story.
