Raisetsu (雷雪) is an ice/electric Raichu. "Thundersnow" is pretty common name for him, as he likes to absorb thunder and snowstorms alike to grow appropriately massive and visit new places. Sometimes he even watches where he's going, but usually it just ends up with a massive mess of trampled civilization in his wake... He found out that the grey boxes are filled with electricity though when he bites them on the ground, but picking them up seems to remove all the flavor, making them much less appetizing.
