Commission Template for when sending a note/email

Name: Your name (( real or nickname )) Your PayPal email
Commission Type: (( Sketch, Lineart, Chibi Full colored))
References: Visual (( The more you have the better)) or Written descriptions(( See number 1 ))
1. For Written descriptions YES I can do them but I will need you to help me. I need extremely detailed descriptions as well as pictures(( how you want the hair style to look/body markings etc)) and the colors. (( Please use http://www.colourlovers.com/ or make me a Palette to work with. Simply saying Brown eyes does not help me in the least bit. )) There will be a small Fee for written descriptions because of communication troubles in the past.[/i]
Theme: what you want happening in the commission a general idea (( Ex. Kissing,friends hanging out. Or you can give me artist freedom! ))
Info about the Characters: tell me what they are like, their personalities. I need to know how they act so I can draw them right. Again the more info the merrier.
IMPORTANT: Use this template for each picture! Example: Lets say you want a line art, then a chibi couple picture you will need to fill out two Templates. You can post them in the same note! But each template is its own picture. This helps keep me organized.
