1:
Well, color. obviously. use whatever colors you want! i use just a normal white for the back of my eyes, but im sure this style will work with others!

2:
more color! i chose a bright blue for my eye color, since i think i choose best shading colors with that.
i think its important to use the brightest colors you can in eyes! but i like bright obnoxious neon eyes so thats totally a personal choice! this style should work for any eye color, as long as you make nice color choices.

3:
even more color! for the color i chose a slightly cooler, darker blue for a line around the pupils/regular eye shading, and you would do the same for another color, regularly i just think light = warmer colors, shadows = cooler colors, i would once again make sure to use the most saturated colors you can, if you want cute anime bright eyes.

4:
fun part! decorating, i cover the pupil and shading i did before on the eye with the dark purple, and added light with the white color, both set to overlay.
as for what you do to decorate your eyes is totally up to you! mess around different shades, settings, shapes whatever. these are totally your eyes. make rainbow unicorns pop out in the light man, whatever.
i do simple lines/dotting with the white wherever i think light would hit. truthfully i just wing it and try to make it cute

bright colors, bright eyes need bright colors and who doesnt want bright eyes. crazy people.

5:
more decoration! i used normal white again to cover a bit of my overlayed white/purple to add a bit of sparkle? idk man. wing it, add hearts shapes these are your eyes do all the crazy shit.

whatever i got to play with blue and im happy with it lol. but im sorry if this is horribly confusing and a waste of time lol
