There are a whole lot of interesting food-related services online. Some are available through grocery chains, and others are small, local services. I can't really say if subscription to a grocery service is worth it (I don't use 'em), but it's worth considering if your grocery-hauling power is lacking and you don't mind ordering a few days in advance. Just be sure to compare subscription and delivery fees, especially if you're trying to pinch pennies too.

I adored this! I work for a food store that does grocery delivery. I'm interested in trying one of those boxed meal services, as well.

Awesome, I bet that's a cool job! They've got all kinds of meal boxes out there, some even have paleo and vegan specialization. They look really fancy, too. I appreciate that. x3

ive tried a couple soylent-like drinks just to see what the hype was about. Soylent 1.0, the poweder stuff, is REALLY bad. it's kind of like drinking pancake batter.
I heard Soylent 2.0, the bottled stuff, isn't that bad but it is more expensive and won't keep as long.
And there's also a canadian-based soylent knockoff called "tudo" that I had which I didn't mind so much at all but it's more expensive. so it really can vary a bit.

And yet, there are people who live off of the stuff. I wonder how they make it palatable? I guess if you treat it like a smoothie mix-in, it works as a decent supplement. Soylent's one of the cheapest, but man, the prices can really get up there for mixes geared at serious bodybuilders and stuff.

I know I got through it with copious amounts nesquik chocolate powder
Just gotta pretend it's a really weird milkshake :)

They get through it by thinking they're Captains of Industry without time to eat or care about flavor.
