There's something in the Pathfinder SRD called a "staring box". It's basically a box that a kobold magic user puts a bunch of dazzling spells in, then other kobolds open it up and stare at the lights for hours at a time. It's entirely too silly.

Lolori is my Pathfinder character. And yes, she has a staring box.
