Two Kobold characters have been running around my mind, this boy is one of them. This Rave (pronounced Rav-ay, but keyboards do not come with fancy "e"s). A once mega dumb Kobold, now turned to a smarter Kobold thanks to a magical talking hat that he occasionally has chats with. Rave skitters about travelling, sneaking on ships, and managing to get superior clothes for a Kobold. Sneaky boi with sneaky motives.
