My friend told me while playing Spyro Reignited to draw an Otter Dragon. Then I drew this while in a mood from Reignited because been playing the game since day 1.

Honestly if it's possible in a weird Spyro AU Rillia would probably be more of a beast maker, but if there were other clans because of odder features. Then I think the more otter like dragon Rillia would be in a Shell Molding clan. Basically getting all kind of shells and maybe making armor for dragons. Idk.
