This object located in the Sauerland was a metal processing factory; afaik it produced wires and steel ropes. (This area is full of factories producing any kind of wires.)
This one is abandoned since, i guess, at least 20 years, and has been used since (legally or not) as last resting place for old cars, for parties and some arrangement art like this conveniant spot.
