And yet another badly drawn comic, swiftly thrown together at the last minute so I can claim I met my one-new-pic-a-month quota for August. Next month's image will be much better, I promise!

I'll admit that this is another exaggeration...but it still does express a frustration I deal with at work quite often. Sometimes, they'll introduce a new product that I know for a fact would sell well in our store. But then, suddenly, out of the blue, they'll discontinue it before I get a chance to enter it into our weekly order. Although this comic is taking it to an unrealistic extreme (Three minutes), there are times where, literally, I've seen new SKUs come across the stock file updates, only to be discontinued a few days later.

It's not really a main focus of this comic, but another annoyance I briefly touch on are price changes. Endless, incessant price changes. They are an almost daily occurrence, and are a pain to keep up with sometimes. But, I do my best to manage.

...It just really peeves me when I see a new SKU I want to order, only to have it discontinued and yanked out from under me without warning only a short time later.
