I DID NOT DRAW THIS. I need help identifying who did!

A picture someone drew of me way back in 2000 (Yes, I know it looks like it's dated "3/'06", but it actually was drawn in 2000). The problem is...I don't remember who drew it! It is signed, but it is not a signature I recognize or recall. The person who drew this for me almost certainly knew me and had talked to me on IRC, ICQ or AIM. But, having been done way back in 2000, any chat logs I might have had that discuss this image are long, long gone.

So, I imagine this might be a long shot, but...does anybody recognize this, or the signature? I wish to give proper credit to the artist, and ask them permission to keep this posted...since, technically, I'm violating the By You/For You clause of the AUP by posting this without getting permission from the original artist first. :x The thing is tho, I NEED to post it in order to ask for help in identifying the artist before I can ask them permission. Soooo...catch 22. x_x

Anyway, this is an almost-finalized version of my fursona (And otherkin self). Beyond this, the only appearance changes that occurred were to my crest (It is now smooth and continuous, not segmented) and the placement of my belly color (Now it runs only from the base of my neck to the base of my tail, and partway down my inner thighs). Even though my appearance has changed slightly since this was drawn, I still think this is perhaps the best image I have of myself/my fursona. I hope I can find out who drew it!
