I normally get all annoyed when people say 'Hey this looks like this other thing' over the thinest of links. But NO one said anything about Scrat from Ice Age? NO ONE? I drew this and I think it's looks like a girl Scrat in a dress.

Anyways. Some people did guess it was Brir fox. Surprized! But I was so damn sure that "female" and "fox" was such a dead give away I had to change pink and remove the head thingy, and i was still sure someone would have taken a pot shot at her anyways.
