Critique: This is a very neat and tidy sketch: really envious of that. The face and expression are very good. The torso and pose are well done and the clothing has believable shape and contours to imply what's underneath.
You should probably practice with your extremities, though: ears, hands, and ankles/feet. The ankles look like he's wearing trousers. The foot on the left has a more "foot-like" shape than it's counterpart but both aren't quite right. The hands look like you did your best to avoid drawing them - and hands are very hard to draw and draw well. The arm on the right is folded at an odd angle. The ears look a little flat, probably because the one on the left looks like a thin tube - don't connect the inner and outer lines on the ear to give it an illusion of substance.
This shows some improvement in anatomy and perspective/pose since https://www.weasyl.com/submission/717086/causal, which wasn't a bad starting point. I really like the shading technique you're using here, too - it's something I've never been much good at.
This has something of an anime feel to it. What sort of references are you using? What are you drawing your forms from?
