Dispersion by Tonin

Dispersion

Dispersion

Rebirth is decay, we all fade away
And nothing is left in the end
For all of us must return into dust
In order that we may transcend

To fly with the birds and run with the herds
And sink our roots deep in the ground
We first must let go and rejoin the flow
Forgetting all once we had found

The cycle repeats yet never completes
As stardust burns on, bright and pure
We all decompose from whence we arose
And nothing that is may endure

Life is a road that the weary have strode
And the fact that it ends is no flaw
For, when we cease, return is release
And death is the pathway to awe

It's all a metaphor for things science could explain, but metaphors are much prettier than math. X3

BTW, go watch "The Fountain". I kinda stole the last line, and the film does it better justice.

Singability of this one is awesome! You just need a chorus stanza and a metal band. :)

        Or the drums.

Or we both learn cellos and perform like Apocalyptica IN FURSUITS... X3
