Woah, a finished work with a background of one of my own characters!

I used this to evaluate the time I'd use for a completely shaded and colored drawing with a background and it turns out I needed exactly 34,5h for this.
But yeah, it's done and I'm quite happy with it. Especially with how the background turned out. Just yesterday I compared this tree with the last tree I drew (not counting speedpaints) which is on this drawing here http://simander.deviantart.com/art/1C-Rykaran-301600144 AND WOAH, compared to my new tree the last one looks like a random oblong blob that was horribly abused with some smudge tool.
I learned quite a few things whilst going through this. For example that beaches need almost no shading. And I finally know how to draw tree trunks without taking hours to do it.
