This is an upgraded (background update) SketchCommish for Mr.   axel.v :]
Featuring his Rampardos guy floating around with the power of his biotic implants. OBVIOUS DESCRIPTION IS OBVIOUS XD

I liked the premise of something that glows... Glowy stuff is always nice and fun to do <-< And very rewarding. That and unusual powers (I'd classify them as superpowers here anyway) mean that I get to pick poses that I normally couldn't draw due to gravity being in effect :D So that's nice, too!
