This is a Rekeelid, with a Salazzarine body pillow. Cirro didn't have a design in mind for the former, beyond the first 3 segments after the head, so I came up with one and I guess it's canon now! Not that he uses these guys much, hah. (Salazzas see a lot of use, however!)
Rekeelids and Salazzarines both belong to Cirr, and the latter is owned additionally by
Teedash.

I can never see this picture and not see the first pair of stubby arm things on face. Even on an alien with no room for facial expression, it's just so clear the rekeelid is SO HAPPY about their salazza pillow.
