I made the 3d-model in Lightwave, printed it in PLA on my 3d-printer. It took about 17 hours to print the parts. The lower jaw is made from a aluminum rod with hand-sculpted teeth (made with Plaast). The eyes are white plastic with painted iris and mesh pupil. I used brown felt for the eyelids.
