"A robotic penguin soldier that appears perpetually unamused. He is prone to pick fights, as he has been programmed with negative memories. Few that know of these memories found they were mistakenly placed in response to a similar being. It was not easy to discover this much as he is quite stealthy with his adept samurai skills. Nevertheless, whoever found out appears to be merciful enough to resolve the conflict peacefully. Perhaps we'll be one step closer to uncovering the mystery behind Azure's existence."

So this was intentionally not my most original character design. I was greatly inspired by BountyXSnipe's Amber, saw similar character designs from elsewhere, and took my ideas to action. I sketched this back in 2020, but decided to finish it this week as a way to cheer Bounty up.

Not sure what to do with him, but I figured he'd be a fun character to design for simple intentions, as opposed to something more commercial.
