New OC. His name's Kezmyk. As usual I save detailed information for ref sheets, but I'll give some quick info on him.

He was originally just a spirit, but was granted a physical form. Not as a reward, but rather a punishment. He has never disclosed any information on what exactly the punishment is for. Perhaps he never will. In terms of personality, he's not exactly the most socially experienced and sometimes comes off as cold. He stresses easily and is usually timid. When he first obtained his body, he possessed some shapeshifting abilities but as time passed, his form became more solid and he now functions just like a normal being. He's mostly lost this shapeshifting ability, but still has the ability to change his arms- usually as use for weapons, in cases where it's needed.

And yes, his hands and feet usually do glow like that. It indicates that those areas aren't completely settled into one solid form yet, and so he can still use his shapeshifting ability on those parts. It is unknown if they ever will settle into one form. Perhaps if he keeps using his ability on them, they never will. Or so he hopes.

I just came up with this guy today and developed on him for a bit, but I like him, so I'm totes keeping him. :3
