Harp's Tree by Tigris

Harp's Tree

Tigris

Old Art

Harp spent much of his childhood up in a tree. It was his favorite place to be. He could daydream, play games of 'pretend', act out scenes from his favorite films, sing hot jazz tunes and play a bamboo pennywhistle.

Every sunset, Harp would play an exiting number as the sun took its final bows over the horizon. Hokum, his best friend, would be there to applaud and give supportive tail wags, of course. Then, as the sky grew dim, they would eat a few black jelly beans from their secretive tree stash, and watch the show as millions of stars began to glow!
