A simple recolor of an old ballpoint pen sketch I did. Now that I look back on this pic, it looks like Mick is having a romantic dream and coming on to Mike whose gripping his blanket like "Hell NO! Get away!" XD Totally not intended but now I can't see it any other way.

Left to right: Peter Torken (dalmatian), Davy Jay (jack russell terrier), Mike Nes (mutt), and Mick Dylan (cocker spaniel).

Peter is like a child, so he's no doubt dreaming of the day he's had, with possible side-tracks to cartoon worlds and characters that he's fond of.

Davy would be the angelic sleeper, cute even when he's in slumberland.

Mike, on the other hand, has troublesome dreams that make him feel scared or lost, and has him clinging securely to his blanket.

Mick is quite the opposite, he has fun dreams that plays out like a movie of adventures and surreal events.
