It was way too early to check out SGDQ's Ristar speedrun today, or I was too tired to stay up at the time. I still decided to commission lumineko to draw this up since it was relevant today.

A lot of people know about SEGA's underrated Genesis/MegaDrive game, Ristar, but even fewer know about this character named Oruto, who only appears as a sprite at the intro of original JPN version of the game to summon the hero (while his father, The Legendary Hero, was mentioned in the US intro and partially shown in the ending).

She has summoned The Shooting Star once more for something. However, the young hero notices something... different about her.
