While possessing all of the power of main Androids, including Perfect Cell, 21's form here has look and color of the Buu's, as well as the sweet tooth and Candy Beam powers of Fat Buu.
Unfortunately, whenever sweets are involved, you can expect a walking mashmallow-like black hole like Kirby to suck up any snack that he set his sights on.
Not even 21 is safe from this pink menace if his he opens his mouth.
