And sometimes, you just don't want to do ANYTHING.

When you don't want to do ANYTHING, you're left staying in bed or on the couch and let the clock run, without a plan. And bored.

But when you want to do NOTHING, same thing applies, but at least you can decide on what to do when you're done with nothing, even if it's something small.
