Finally finished drawing Racheal in her librarian uniform. Pretty much her uniform outfit that she wears from her part-time job at a local library at Linear's place in Vaniville town. Her manager, along with a few pokemon co-workers work at the library. They also sorta had to struggled to make the ends meet show people and pokemon that can read books that are worth while reading. While the library isn't full of people because the technology that Lysandre that had implemented is a lot more advanced, so books and documentaries are mostly replaced the kind of tech Lysandre had made so people don't often visit a library or a local bookstore to read the latest or newest trend.

Now with that being said, that doesn't mean there aren't some people/pokemon that don't appreciate reading traditionally. So there are some occasional familiar people/pokemon that Racheal often sees and some few new faces as well. If you're wondering why Racheal is one the few Pokemon that got a job it's because she's doing it for her trainer who did spent a bit of money buying a very large greenhouse. But she does care about her trainer Linear, and since it's only part-time. She can talk very fluently in english even though she is obviously psychic, she can talk with her lips and telepathy. Just remember, to be careful of not having her read your mind at times.
