Okay but Raichu always was my favourite Pokemon out of all
and I really wanted a Raichu OC now for a long time.
So I combined Raichu with another Pokemon I really like: Sylveon <3
So yeah; I know I'm bad at combining Pokemon and she might look weird
but I guess it's okay for second time combining Pokemon ;A;
