Number 13 is Greggy's hat on "top" of Pipper, on "top" of Greggy, on "top" of a haystack, on "top" of the Otter Farmland (Greggy's family land).

FYI--Greggy is very protective of his hat and doesn't like others messing with it, but Pipper still loves to tease him.
