redesigned/rethought her Modern'verse self! started because I thought if I want Drak the age I want him to be (probs like late 40s early 50s at the least) that would make Nyte SO old if I left her his mum ^^; and I can't imagine old Nyte tbh.. so I thought maybe I'd shift them to being siblings instead but that felt weird XD but the sibling thoughs inspired me to make her Mika's sister! Sister-in-law to be exact, but she's his right-hand-woman for running the mafia :)
and the rold/status just suits her much better than a writer imo anyway ^^;
side thought just because im in a rambly mood- Juliet married into the family, her husband being Mika's brother, and who was originally supposed to take over once their father died but he got shot down and it fell to Mika
there's a very hush-hush conspiracy theory that Mika and Juliet orchestrated his death so that they could lead together, but it at least wasn't intentional on Juliet's side

thank you :D oh indeed Mika would never admit it if it -was- the truth so everyone's just left to ponder it ^^; but they know how absolutely ruthless and control-hungry the guy is so it's a natural assumption.. Even if no one dares say it directly to his face anymore ^^;
oh indeed there were some rumours/gossip going around about the two when Mika took over proper and Nyte was working so closely with him, but there was never anything at least publicly to satisfy the claims they were 'a thing'- but some people still think they have something going on in secret ;)

Oh my gawd she is absolutely glorious!!! And I love her placing as co-head of the mafia, definitely has echoes of her scourge self there <3 no I can imagine it would be hecka strange to have mother and son become siblings after all those years, I’m not surprised you shifted it away a touch x
Ooooh and I love the conspiracy theory about her husband, I don’t want to know if it’s true on Mika’s side or not because I love the speculation! Is there anything rumoured to be between Mika and Nyte?
I love how you can still so clearly see it’s Nyte! She’s perfect!
