Duke travels the wasteland playing his banjo and singing.... until he has to kill stuff.

Duke has some weird psychic-type powers and can make things explode with his mind. But he's limited- it's kind of like a weapon. He can use his power only so many times before he has to "reload" or recover, and if the target is moving he isn't always accurate. Also if the target is a person, he can only choose a part of them to target, it can't be their whole body- He usually aims for the head. If he over-uses his powers it gives him a sort of like-migraine (His eyes will be very sore and he can't keep them open easily, so makes aiming near impossible. Along with throbbing headache and sometimes vomiting.) He tries not to do this, but sometimes finds himself in desperate situations. He also keeps a knife in his back pocket and a small gun in his banjo case for backup.

He pretends to use his hand as a gun when he uses his weird mind powers, and makes the sounds himself like a dork.
