Ahaha it's fine <3 I'm really glad you're improving so fast! So textures, i suggest like paper textures and since you're using SAI, you can work with several textures for brushes and such and you can make your own! Check around for dA for tutorials and stuff and don't be scared to experiment wih colours! <3

Ah now it's alot better! Play around with more textures to get like a realistic touch to it and also learn how to use more different colour palletes!
