Based off of my Noivern OC that I created last year on the site. He's a Noivern who likes the rain (and especially the mud) and loves to wear his red rubbery wellies wherever he goes (he isn't a fan of getting his feet dirty which is why he wears them).

Here he is having fun jumping up and down in a mud puddle he found which is a common thing he loves doing (even as a Noibat back in the day).

Noivern is owned by Game Freak.
