The OG description is indeed true. I was watching Markiplier playing Welcome to Hanwell and then some muscular mutant started chasing him in a hospital. I thought he looked he so cool that I decided that, along with Baraka from Mortal Kombat, I was going to use the two as inspiration for Legwark. It was a fun concept, though I don't know what series I would use him for.
