Bio: Gelech is an ancient demon who is known to the ancient Aztecs as The Great Devourer. 1000 years ago, Aztec mages defeated him and the emperor had him locked away in the deepest catacombs underneath Tenochtitlan. That is how it had remained for centuries. But in the 20th century, a team of archaeologists stumbled upon the antechamber of Gelech. Hieroglyphs warned of a beast made of slime who fed upon flesh whole. In an attempt to retrieve items for the museum, the sacred objects keeping Gelech locked away are removed from the monolith. After they returned, in shaking voices they told of their run in with a giant slimy monster who made them his first meal in a thousand years ([See The Gastral Plane]).
