The design isn't yet fully set in stone, things that may be changed is Livery and the damaged surfaces.

Anyway Yakov is a reanimated Petlyakov Pe-2 Peshka (Pawn) he's also the son of Iosef(Joseph). I wont go into full detail with Yakov's biography until his design is finalized, but the whole reason of his existence is to give me an excuse to torture his father Iosef who I've yet to harass.
