Powers: Besides mind-reading, offensive magical attacks in form of green lightnings,
telepatical and some telekinetic powers, Galiel has the ability to enter and control beings weaker
than himself, this is exhausting for Galiel so he must constantly re-energise after using this power.

Appearance

In his youthful form, Galiel is a slender, rather lean extraterrestrial being with four arms, purple skin,
two long, slightly bent horns on his head, pointy and movable ears, yellow glowing eyes (green while using magic)
and sharp teeth and canines. Usually he is wearing a smooth, black robe/cloak.

In his weak form he is much thinner, almost a mere skeleton, his skin turned from purple to light greyish,
his eyes became white and his horns are somewhat deformed. To stay alive in that weak condition he attached
himself to his one stolen crystal by a great, pink umbilical cord and something similar on his back.

Short Bio

Not much is known about his past life, just that he once visited Oceana 2000 years ago to steal the first of the
four live-giving crystals, upsetting Oceana's balance of nature what caused its sea level to rise enormously, making
Oceana the planet it is today. Everyone who tried to stop him had to pay with his life, including Filanos, husband of the
sacred whale Mandrool.

Now 2000 years after his last visit, Galiel's stolen crystal is loosing its power and he decides to return to Oceana on a
mission to steal the remaining 3 crystals and by this, secure eternal life. Physically Galiel is now almost a mere skeleton,
a shadow of his former self. He floats in a camber, bathed in green glow of his stolen crystal, to which he is attached by
a great umbilical cord. After many attempts to get all 4 crystal, he finally is successful and turns back to his youthful form,
but unfortunately at the wrong time. The four moons of Oceana, currently standing in a row, like once every few thousand
years, are shining down a beam of energy, usually where the four crystals are supposed to be, causing the beam to shine
on Galiel instead, since he is holding all four crystals at the time. Now that wouldn't have been a problem if the crystals
weren't taken away by Princess Neri while the moons were still standing in line, shining on Galiel. Now with the crystals
taken away from him, during the moons process of shining energy down on him, the beam turned him into stone instead,
causing his death. (well... I think he is dead, or just turned to stone? idk)
