This is Nephaestus. He lives in the same world as Arklai, and is her future husband. No one in that world wears enough darn clothing. I wanted to design Neph here in contrast in Arklai. He’s an Ex-High priest mage on the run. He’s short compared to his kin, as Ivory Dragons usually are. Having been pampered since birth, Neph is not used to interacting with those who were not meant to serve him. He comes off as rather stuck-up and thoughtless. He’s not very physically threatening, and uses his magic to keep a distance. He specializes in force and time magic. His breath weapon is lightning. He is incredibly intelligent, having studied dozens of subjects for years, but now that he’s actually out in the world, experiencing the peoples and places he’s read about is an entirely different beast compared to just knowing about them.
