After your body becomes tense from training, all you want to do is sit down and relax, and that's what I'm doing too. I'm performing a type of meditation that not only calms myself, but also relieves any tension in my body and causes me to grow in size and strength. Think of it as the body is breathing, because that's technically what it's doing. And I can feel it. All of my worries. Going away...
