Herschel Menofsky, AKA Clay, the Living Golem, has an interesting quandary. On the one hand, he's extremely attracted to the shy, sweet Veronica Sims, AKA Cheshire Cat - librarian and fellow superhero in the BOS. On the other hand, Herschel is a clinically diagnosed coitophobe. After nearly getting gang-raped in high school by a clique of senior girls, he is terrified by the mere idea of sexual contact.

Here, Herschel has been keeping in shape with a long swim. He didn't think anyone else was going to be there, so he decided to slip on a red speedo - something he's normally not bold enough to wear. So imagine his humiliation when he emerges from the pool, fur matted flat to reveal his powerful, sculpted muscles...and finds himself face to face with Veronica!
