I am making a very manly Cosplay of Chrysalis from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.

Well, I'm in debates on weather it's suppose to be Chrysalis or someone who is fighting changelings and using their shells as armor. :P

This is the horn for the revision of the Chrysalis Mask I made ( http://fav.me/d6llxnf )

A few minutes after taking the above linked to photo the mask fell off, breaking the horn into multiple peices. It was the first maks I've made and I learned a lot from it; it will be easier to make another that is stronger.

I designed the horn and printed it off in multiple parts (hence the color change.)

I changed a bit on this revision of the horn so if it does fall off like the last one, it won't wind up breaking. It's bonded together better and interconnects with each part better, so there should be no weap points if it does fall.

The mask will be made with color shifting paint; I tried a blue/red on a previous version, but it wasn't that visible, so I will go with a different color shift on this version.
