As a test subject for the local science facility; you are expected to assist with inventions and discoveries. Recently, the head scientist is trying to quickly condense water out of thin air, solving the water problem in some countries so they can get clean water.

They don't have a tank big enough to see how much water can be produced so they have Bashade be a temporary tank for the moment. At the same time, they're trying to stretch test a piece of latex suit for scuba diving envoys.

It's good to kill two birds with one stone!
