Look, it's a human Lucario, who I imagine to be the Pokemon equivalent of Scottish for some reason ^^; XD He tries to be a lover but in stereotypical Scottish fashion, he loses his anger a little too easily (usually at Anu/Cofagrigus) and ends up becoming a fighter. The blue power is not an aura sphere but him charging up a Force Palm with Aura Sphere energy...hey, they combine moves in the anime, why can't I? ^^; XD
