I have always loved tiny hats. I have always wanted to make tiny hats. So for Furpocalypse, Leelee suggested we make tiny halloween hats! Because all you really see is steampunk and gothic hats and we've never seen an abundance of halloween themed ones. So we want to make some and sell them!
Now we want our hats to be cheap and affordable for people, not $40-$80 like you see out there with really nice ones. So they're simply made and made from cost effective materials, and the end result is we hope to only charge $10-$15 for them.

This is a mock up I threw together last night while we were working out how big we wanted them to be. This hat is poorly made and patched together. Our hats will have enough care put into them that they will be made of proper cloth and finished seams.

Red plastic cup
Purple tissue paper wrapping from a statue I got in the mail (<3 from leelee <3)
Hot glue
Ribbon
Beaded spider (Michael's)
black mesh netting that used to be a pouch for holding polished glass beads (also from michaels)
