It has been a minute since I've done anything solidly traditional and I definitely missed the feeling of paint and ink all over my hands (and everything else lol)! I took my little art bag with me to our local crafting meet-up and started this piece without any real direction. The end result is something I'm really happy with and think is honestly an improvement from the last time I did anything like this. Maybe the absence made the skill better lol (jk)?
But in seriousness, it was a nice little escape from the digital stuff I've been doing off and on lately! You don't realize how much you miss something until you do it again after a billion years <333
