Getting off of certain medications is hard. :( Asher knows what I'm talking about. I'd like to imagine that this would be a glimpse sometime after his escape from the clutches of the Knights of the Silver Cross Research Division in which an overly curious scientist removed his eye to see if it would grow back (werewolves have superhuman regenerative abilities that, unfortunately, do not extend to replacing lost limbs, including eyeballs as the researcher found out). In his madness, Asher probably wouldn't be able to stop himself from scratching at it and pulling out the stitches. The surgeon actually did a decent job of removing it so the scars that Asher would later sport are mostly from his constant picking soon after it happened. It doesn't help that he was partially incapacitated by a cocktail of painkillers and wolfsbane...well at least up until he manages to escape, that's probably why he's so pissed in his picture because he's no doubt finally starting to feel the pain.

His resemblance to the Helsing werewolf is deliberate, btw. It just seems to fit him.
