I could say some BS about how her facelessness represents something about the objectivication of women...but in actuality, I just couldn't be arsed to draw her face. It was going to be a picture of Roxy, but I decided that I didn't want to fudge up the rest of the picture by trying to add a dog head.

On another note, I have great love for charcoal, which this picture is done with. Easy to erase, easy to make shadows...mediums that you can't get rid of, like ink or paint, are just not my "thing." (Though, I will admit, I enjoy working with clay too.)
