So I started day dreaming the other day while sitting by myself and random fact maybe its cause I'm a cat or maybe its because water is just freaky, but I have a deeep fear of ANYTHING that lives underwater its just creepy T.T ! Anyway back to day dreaming I thought up this sort of vampire mer-thing that eats organs and drinks blood, she lures her victims in with the glowing gems and tattoo's then wraps herself around them and sinks her long razor sharp tooth in to rip them open. She also can sing to lure lost sailors into the water. Took about 3 hours for line art and 4 for coloring The black eyes and dark background prolly came from inspiration watching Buffy the vampire slayer while drawing.
