Read it, take it in, maybe understand a tiny bit better.
I tried to put into writing here my experience of what a complete sensory overload is sometimes like for me and possibly for other people with Aspergers/ASD. I know it's probably a bit upsetting to read but it's meant to be. This is based off my own genuine thoughts and experiences and yes, I can be set off that easily. I can't tell you how often I experience this because it isn't something regular, I can have months when everything is fine and I can act normal and then the next week I am barely able to get myself out of bed because something like this happens.
Just remember though; if you're met one person with autistic spectrum disorder, you've met one person with autistic spectrum disorder.
