Feeling the wind in the face,

looking into the endless sky,

spreading the wings,

and just taking off.

Something that Aro will never feel again.

May I introduce to you my new charakter: Aro nicknamed "the arrow"

Aro is an eagle. He was a solider of the sky. They have harsh fights going on there.

He was supposed to become the new leader of their flock but a few days befor the ceremony they were attacked. And while he was distracted a ruthless bird used the chance to attack him and broke both his wings.

Aro did not only loose his ability to fight, his place in the flock but his home.

He is now bound to the ground and can never get back again to his home up in the sky..

I really like this character. I created him some time ago and he was since then in my head. Now I finally had time to draw him :)

He had to go through a lot but in the end he get's to know all those beautiful things going on on the ground~
