Multiverse movies and series are getting to be a bit of a commonplace staple, and often they can be a bit of a cop-out on proper storytelling.
But what if the 'multi' in 'multiverse' didn't have much to do with the 'verse' part as it does with the 'multi?

Back through they go, exactly at the same time with exactly the same sett... no wait... they're not aren't they? We're going to get a surfeit imbalance of skunk in that portal!

Well... Looks like we've got one verse less in this collection now and a lot more multi in this one.
One has to wonder what kind of civilisation might grow from here...
